Senior Service Designer - Product & Experience

Capco is seeking a Senior Service Designer to create customer-centric products and services for the financial services and energy sectors. You will lead discovery activities, translate user needs into design strategies, and identify opportunities to integrate AI-enabled capabilities to enhance customer experiences and service delivery.

• Facilitate senior-level workshops and lead discovery activities
• Translate user needs into concepts, service blueprints, and artefacts
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-enabled capabilities
• Support the design of customer journey management approaches
• Oversee end-to-end design delivery, managing roadmaps and timelines
• Promote the value of design across multi-disciplinary teams
