Senior Product Designer, Web3 Growth

OKX is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of decentralized finance (DeFi) and make it accessible to everyone. You will own transaction workflows, data display, and feature execution for their web3 platform, crafting delightful user experiences for a global audience. • Lead product design from inception to execution
• Translate business objectives and user needs into design strategies
• Deliver key design artifacts including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Spearhead the design of growth-oriented products to improve conversion and engagement
• Collaborate with global teams in a multicultural context
• At least 3 years of experience in consumer-facing internet product design
