UX Director

SecurityScorecard is seeking a UX Director to lead their Product Design & Research organization through a significant transformation towards AI-native, codebase-anchored design practices. This leadership role involves setting design strategy at the executive level, rebuilding the team's operating model, and personally demonstrating AI-first design leadership. The director will report to the CPO and have substantial influence over product direction.

• Own and set multi-quarter design vision and strategy
• Rebuild operating model to embed design pods within product lines
• Develop AI-native design workflows with direct codebase interaction
• Govern design system as cross-team infrastructure
• Drive B2B SaaS design excellence with WCAG 2.2 accessibility
• Hire and build a cutting-edge design team
