About this role

As a Senior Staff Product Designer, you will be a strategic, hands-on leader embedded within a product team. You'll partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to shape product direction and deliver exceptional user experiences. Beyond your immediate product area, you will proactively identify and solve complex problems, mentor other designers, and own practices that strengthen the entire Product Design team.

Lead end-to-end product design within an assigned domain
Build deep expertise in customer workflows, business context, and technology
Influence product strategy and roadmap decisions
Identify and lead resolution of ambiguous or systemic problems
Own and improve Product Design capabilities and team practices
Mentor designers and facilitate collaborative design practices
