Senior Interaction Designer

Join the Government Commercial Agency as a Senior Interaction Designer to lead the design of complex, high-impact transactional services. You will ensure seamless, inclusive, and intuitive digital experiences for all users, working within a growing User-Centred Design team. This role involves mentoring, evidence-based design, and shaping service strategy across project phases.

• Lead end-to-end journey design for complex user flows
• Create low-to-high fidelity interactive prototypes
• Ensure WCAG 2.2 AA compliance for accessibility and inclusion
• Apply and extend established design systems like GOV.UK
• Use user data and research to inform design decisions
• Provide design leadership across all service phases
