About this role

Shape the direction of Coveo's AI-powered relevance platform as a Staff Product Designer. You will bring coherence to a complex system, drive alignment across product, engineering, and design leaders, and mentor other designers. This role involves hands-on craft, strategic leadership, and a focus on user-centered product development.

What we are looking for

Partner with leaders to solve complex problems with research and data
Lead discovery through customer research and strategic explorations
Take work from concept to shipped, creating scalable interaction patterns
Reduce UX fragmentation by connecting work across teams and surfaces
Fold AI and LLM tools into design workflows
Mentor intermediate and senior designers
