Graphic Designer

SEARHC is seeking a Graphic Designer to be the primary visual design resource for creating engaging patient-facing and internal communications. This role is responsible for upholding and evolving the SEARHC brand, managing design standards, and developing templates to ensure visual consistency across the organization. You will combine creative talent with systems thinking to build scalable design processes that empower others while maintaining a professional visual identity.

• Design print and digital materials for patient education, marketing, and internal communications
• Serve as the primary steward of SEARHC's visual identity and brand guidelines
• Develop and manage a library of branded templates for various materials
• Organize and maintain the department's digital asset library
• Provide design guidance and support to internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, and brand identity work
