Senior Visual Designer - Search

New Era Technology is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to own the end-to-end user experience and visual design for search interfaces across their enterprise digital platforms. This role involves driving flow, interaction, and visual design decisions to enhance how users discover information, while ensuring consistency with the design system and contributing search-specific components back to it.

• Own end-to-end UX and visual design for search experiences
• Drive interaction decisions, user flows, and visual execution
• Maintain visual alignment with global design system
• Contribute search patterns and assets to the central design system
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams
• Establish and refine core interaction and visual patterns for search and discovery
