Designer, Brand & Communications

Candescent is seeking a hands-on Designer to join their Brand & Communications team in Bengaluru. This role will be responsible for bringing the Candescent brand to life across various internal and client-facing materials, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality execution.

• Create visual solutions for digital, print, presentation, event, social, and sales enablement materials
• Design assets including presentations, one-pagers, ebooks, infographics, newsletters, and social graphics
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling communications
• Apply and maintain brand standards across all touchpoints
• Prepare production-ready files for various applications
• Collaborate with internal and US-based stakeholders
