Product Designer (Staff)

Vendelux is seeking a Staff Product Designer to own the end-to-end customer journey on our event marketing intelligence platform. You will be instrumental in shaping how our product and engineering teams leverage AI, redesigning onboarding, and improving core workflows. This is a high-impact individual contributor role based in our NYC office, offering broad ownership across web and mobile experiences.

• Own customer journey from first login to daily use across web and mobile
• Redesign onboarding to accelerate time-to-value for new customers
• Improve usability of core SaaS workflows and design self-serve experiences
• Design for AI, chat-based, and traditional SaaS interfaces
• Set best practices for AI-driven prototyping and cross-functional design processes
• 8+ years of product design experience with a portfolio of shipped features
