Senior User Experience Researcher

CIBC is seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher to lead generative and evaluative research for digital products. You will partner with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, validate ideas, and improve client and employee experiences across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. This role involves synthesizing complex findings into actionable recommendations and contributing to the growth of the research practice.
