Visual Communications Designer

Northern Trust is seeking a Senior Visual Communications Designer to create compelling visual stories, primarily through PowerPoint presentations. This role involves translating complex ideas and data into clear, engaging visuals for executive, leadership, and client-facing audiences. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to elevate communication and ensure brand consistency.

• Design high-impact PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences
• Translate complex concepts into clear, visually compelling stories
• Act as a trusted design partner to senior leaders
• Ensure all presentations adhere to brand guidelines
• Advanced expertise in PowerPoint as a design and storytelling tool
• 6-9+ years of experience in visual design with emphasis on presentation design
