What we are looking for

Lead complex product initiatives from discovery to launch
Design intuitive experiences for complex data and AI workflows
Partner with Product and Engineering to shape product direction
Conduct user research and usability testing
Create high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready UI in Figma
Mentor other designers and elevate design quality
