Senior Manager, Product Design

Lead the product design for Compass's consumer experience across web and mobile platforms. You will define and execute the end-to-end consumer journey, manage a talented team of designers, and partner with Product and Engineering leaders. This role requires balancing strategic vision with operational rigor to deliver exceptional user experiences.
