Product Designer, Marketplace

Oscar is seeking a Product Designer to join the Product Design team and shape the Lucie Health Marketplace, a new platform for healthcare shopping. You will design and launch tools for brokers and consumers to evaluate and enroll in healthcare coverage, focusing on the broker experience. This role involves cross-functional collaboration from discovery to delivery, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience across the Lucie suite.

• Design and ship tools for broker and consumer healthcare enrollment
• Focus on shaping the broker experience within the Lucie ecosystem
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers
