Lead and design the future of Upstart's design system and platform strategy. This role involves hands-on design work and people management, focusing on building AI-native foundations for product development across web and mobile. You will shape component architecture, visual language, and AI-enabled workflows to help designers and engineers ship high-quality work faster.
