About this role
Join T-Mobile as a UX Design Intern and contribute to the enterprise software powering one of the world's largest digital advertising marketplaces. You'll own a meaningful product design project from discovery to solution, simplifying complex workflows and making powerful tools intuitive. This is an 11-week paid learning experience where you'll collaborate with experienced designers, product managers, and engineers, and gain hands-on experience with real impact.
What we are looking for 6
- Own a UX design project from discovery through solution development with mentorship
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers
- Contribute to the design system with UI patterns and reusable components
- Develop foundational understanding of user-centered design and UX processes
