Designer, Brand & Communications

Candescent is seeking a hands-on Designer to join their Brand & Communications team. You will create and refine high-quality visual assets for various internal and external materials, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. This role requires strong design craft, production discipline, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Create polished visual solutions across digital, print, presentation, event, social, sales enablement, and internal communications
• Design assets including presentations, sales decks, ebooks, infographics, newsletters, social graphics, and event materials
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling communications
• Apply and maintain Candescent brand standards across all work
• Prepare production-ready files for various applications
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards
