Product Designer, Contractors

Gusto is seeking a Staff Product Designer to mature their contractor products, driving foundational shifts in platform and customer experiences. This role involves leading the entire product development process from vision to launch, with a strong emphasis on AI-native design practices and cross-functional collaboration.

• Drive end-to-end design strategy and execution for contractor experiences
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define problem spaces and deliver solutions
• Translate insights into intuitive, scalable customer experiences
• Champion inclusive design and contribute to design standards
• Utilize AI fluency for rapid prototyping and improved experiences
• Mentor fellow designers and contribute to design community initiatives
