Principal Product Designer, Presence

Reddit is seeking a Principal Product Designer to define the user experience architecture for its Presence systems, including identity, profiles, and discovery. This role involves creating cohesive and navigable surfaces across the platform, working with cross-functional teams to translate broad priorities into multi-year strategies and executable paths. The designer will mentor others and raise the quality bar for interaction design and information architecture.

• Define UX architecture for Presence across profiles, identity, business tools, and discovery
• Translate company priorities into multi-year experience strategy and decision frameworks
• Create shared models, interaction patterns, and experience principles for multiple teams
• Resolve overlaps and conflicting approaches across teams
• Influence product direction and planning with senior leaders
