About this role

Northern Trust is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to support teams in the Experience Design & Research practice. You will envision and design digital and service experiences for BU products and initiatives, ensuring they elevate user interactions and meet user needs. This role involves tactical contributions to design stages from discovery to delivery, collaborating with peers and stakeholders in an agile environment.
