• Lead and grow a team of product designers focused on growth experiences
• Define and drive the design vision for Growth, aligning with company objectives
• Build a high-velocity experimentation culture with Product, Engineering, and Data Science
• Translate complex growth opportunities into clear strategies and measurable outcomes
• Champion the use of AI throughout the design process
