Staff User Experience (UX) Researcher -Acton, MA or San Diego, CA (Hybrid)

Insulet is seeking a Staff User Experience (UX) Researcher to join their Innovation & Strategy team. This role will conduct global research to understand the needs of people with diabetes and healthcare providers, informing product and service strategy for digital customer experiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic researcher with strong qualitative and quantitative expertise.

• Lead global UX research roadmap for digital customer experiences
• Design and execute complex qualitative and quantitative research studies
• Serve as a thought partner and mentor to other researchers
• Translate insights into meaningful business and customer outcomes
• Partner closely with legal and data privacy teams
• Evangelize user insights to influence strategy and design decisions
