Sr. Product UI/Visual Designer - FO Applications

We are seeking a Senior Product UI Visual Designer to transform product experiences from initial concepts to polished, production-ready designs for trading and risk management systems. You will translate wireframes and prototypes into visually refined interfaces, ensuring consistency with our design system. This role also involves contributing to and evolving the design system by defining new standards and documenting them for broader use.

• Translate wireframes and AI prototypes into high-fidelity visual designs
• Apply and enforce visual design standards across all screens
• Partner with product designers, PMs, and engineers to ensure visual quality
• Identify and propose new visual design standards for the design system
• Contribute reusable component and pattern designs to the system
• Document rationale and usage guidance for new design standards
