Product Designer, Design Systems

Harvey is seeking a Product Designer to join their Design Systems team. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining the foundational elements that ensure product coherence, scalability, and trustworthiness. This role involves hands-on creation of components, patterns, and documentation, collaborating closely with design and engineering to improve consistency and speed of development.

• Build, maintain, and evolve design system components, patterns, and documentation
• Partner with Senior Design Systems Designer to scale visual language
• Collaborate with product designers and frontend engineers on component adoption
• Own and create polished production assets, libraries, and prototypes
• Support AI-assisted design workflows with optimized assets
• Maintain design system quality through QA and continuous refinement
