Associate Creative Director - Design

Kulfi Collective is seeking an Associate Creative Director to shape visual concepts for campaigns, social media, branding, and merchandise. This role involves translating ideas into memorable designs, adapting to various brand guidelines, and directing animated content. You will be a thinker and doer, comfortable with both conceptualization and hands-on execution, and expected to integrate AI tools into your workflow.

• Shape visual concepts across campaign, social, branding, and packaging/merch
• Quickly master brand guidelines, references, and audience
• Direct animated films/series and lead design for shorter assets
• Bring a strong point of view on trends, tools, and visual culture
• Brief and supervise freelancers or outside collaborators
• Integrate emerging AI tools into your design process
