Brand Design Lead, Brand Studio

Lead Motive's Brand Studio team, driving design excellence and mentoring a global team of designers. You will provide creative direction for high-impact projects, ensure brand consistency, and evolve design systems and processes to support global scale. This role requires a blend of hands-on design skills and leadership to translate business objectives into compelling visual concepts.

• Lead brand design excellence and set high standards for craft and consistency
• Manage, mentor, and grow a globally distributed team of designers
• Provide creative direction for campaigns, activations, and brand initiatives
• Develop and scale design systems, processes, and toolkits
• Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into visual concepts
• Hands-on design leadership for key projects and stakeholder presentations
