Staff Product Designer, Monetization

Duolingo is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead the design of monetization features, including subscriptions, ads, and in-app purchases. You will define and evolve user experiences, shape the product roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a user-friendly and engaging experience.

• Define and evolve free and paid user experiences across Monetization surfaces
• Play a leadership role in shaping the product roadmap and development
• Partner with engineers and product managers on strategy and tactics
• Collaborate with designers and artists to expand the Duolingo design language
• Craft user experiences considering copy, animation, and business impact
• Experience designing for consumer mobile apps or web products
