Associate Design Director – Employer Experience

Lead the design vision and execution for Lilly's innovative Employer Experience platform, a new initiative focused on helping employers provide access to vital medicines. You will shape both the employer and employee journeys, build and mentor a design team, and collaborate across functions to deliver human-centered healthcare solutions.

• Lead design for the Lilly Employer platform, encompassing employer and employee experiences
• Set the design vision and quality bar for a new, high-impact digital product
• Build and grow a team of designers as the product matures
• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Deliver design excellence and strategic thinking in a complex healthcare environment
• Mentor and inspire designers to elevate their craft and impact
