Sr. User Researcher

Peloton is seeking a Senior User Researcher to focus on hardware research for their Bike, Tread, and Row products, while also contributing to software and digital experiences. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define research goals, plan and execute studies, and present findings to inform product decisions. The researcher will also help evolve the user research infrastructure and processes.

• Lead hardware user research for Peloton's core products
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers
• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research
• Develop and manage research roadmaps and processes
• Present findings to drive strategic product decisions
• 5+ years of user research experience with hardware and software focus
