Product Designer

Elyos AI is seeking its first Product Designer to own and unify the design language for its rapidly growing AI customer service platform. You will work directly with leadership and engineers to define how customers interact with AI agents and manage their configurations, focusing on creating intuitive and robust user experiences for a traditionally underserved industry.

• Define and implement a cohesive design language across the product
• Design user workflows for customer-AI agent collaboration
• Improve onboarding, agent setup, and review processes
• Conduct user research with customers in specific industries
• Develop patterns for complex operational software
• Prototype rapidly and collaborate closely with engineering
