You will support business development by creating compelling visual designs and marketing materials for commercial real estate. This role involves collaborating with deal teams to translate concepts into impactful visuals for various materials, managing projects from start to finish, and staying updated on design trends.

What we are looking for

Create and edit print and interactive collateral including proposals, offering memorandums, and presentation materials
Apply graphic design principles to develop innovative visual solutions for business development
Manage complex design projects from concept to completion
Provide design advice and guidance to deal teams
Design dynamic email blasts and marketing campaigns
Minimum 1 year of design experience using Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on InDesign
