Senior UX Designer

Super Payments is seeking a Product Designer to join their technology team in London. This role involves end-to-end ownership of design initiatives, from problem definition to rollout and optimization, with a focus on user research, data-informed decisions, and collaboration. The designer will leverage and contribute to the design system to create seamless user experiences for their payment solutions.

• Lead design initiatives from problem definition to scaled rollout
• Create high-fidelity prototypes for user testing and stakeholder alignment
• Conduct research and partner with data team for product improvements
• Solve complex financial UX challenges balancing usability and business goals
• Leverage and contribute to the design system for elegant flows
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams
