Experience Design Lead

Huge is seeking an Experience Design Lead to guide the UX strategy for complex digital products and services. You will own the end-to-end experience, translating business and technical needs into intuitive, user-centered solutions. This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, influencing stakeholders, and mentoring designers to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience.

• Lead UX strategy and design for complex digital products, platforms, and services
• Simplify complex user journeys and develop intuitive experiences
• Translate business, technical, and user requirements into user-centered solutions
• Develop information architecture, journey maps, and experience frameworks
• Apply user research, personalization, accessibility, and design system principles
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to balance needs and constraints
