Senior Product Designer

The ACLU seeks a Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for product initiatives across their national and affiliate websites. You will use data to understand user needs, explore design approaches, create high-fidelity mockups, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver user-centric experiences that advance the ACLU's mission.

• Own and drive the end-to-end design lifecycle for product initiatives
• Utilize data to understand user needs and inform design direction
• Create high-fidelity mocks and prototypes
• Spec designs for Engineering implementation and lead UAT/QA
• Serve as the Product Design representative partner to Product Managers and Engineering Leads
• Collaborate with and contribute to the Design System
