• Own end-to-end product design for multiple zero-to-one AI initiatives
• Design core AI agent experiences, including conversational flows and trust moments
• Build and evolve a shared design language for Gen's agentic products
• Move quickly from ambiguity to testable concepts using prototypes and experiments
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and marketing to translate requirements into production-ready designs
• Leverage AI-assisted design tools to accelerate design velocity
