Senior UX Designer (12 Month FTC)

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer for a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will own the end-to-end user experience, collaborating with a design team and presenting your work. You'll balance business needs with user requirements, advocate for inclusive design, and adapt to technical constraints.

• Craft end-to-end user experiences using design system components
• Create prototypes using industry-standard software
• Balance business requirements with user needs and research findings
• Advocate for inclusive and accessible design principles
• Minimum 5 years of UX/Interaction Design experience
• Experience interpreting quantitative and qualitative research
