Senior UX/UI Designer

CDW Government is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of modern digital solutions for public health technology and disease surveillance. You will create intuitive user experiences and deliver production-ready assets, working closely with product managers, engineers, and government stakeholders. This role involves mentoring peers and promoting practical UX standards across teams.

• Lead end-to-end UX and product design for enterprise and public health applications
• Plan and facilitate user research, workshops, and co-creation sessions
• Create personas, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system using Figma
• Ensure Section 508 and WCAG compliance for accessible and inclusive design
• Mentor junior designers and promote UX standards
