About this role

Vanguard is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to provide usability services for web and mobile applications. You will plan, design, and conduct user research, analyze findings, and present recommendations to drive business and technology improvements. This role involves educating teams on usability best practices and mentoring junior staff.
