Product Designer, Marketplace

Oscar is seeking a Product Designer to join the Product Design team and shape the Lucie Health Marketplace, a new platform for healthcare shopping. You will design and ship tools for brokers and consumers to evaluate and enroll in healthcare coverage, focusing on the broker experience. This role involves cross-functional collaboration from discovery through delivery.

• Design and ship tools for broker and consumer healthcare enrollment
• Focus on shaping the broker experience within the Lucie ecosystem
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers
• Drive consistent, scalable, and intuitive experiences
• 4+ years of experience in Product/UX Design
• Experience designing complex intake systems, enrollment platforms, or CRM tooling
