Degreed is seeking a Senior Designer to enhance their brand and marketing efforts. This hands-on role involves creating compelling visual content across various channels, including campaigns, social media, web, and sales enablement materials. The designer will collaborate with a creative team to translate complex ideas into clear and memorable visuals, with an emphasis on AI-first workflows and strong design craft.

• Design across brand and marketing touchpoints: campaigns, social, events, presentations, sales enablement, web, executive storytelling, product marketing, and motion-led content
• Translate complex ideas about workforce transformation, skills, learning technology, and AI into clear, human, and memorable work
• Strong design craft with high standards and attention to typography, layout, and composition
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience using AI tools in creative workflows for concepting, image generation, and production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Product
