About this role

ICF is seeking an experienced UX Designer with ServiceNow platform expertise for a part-time, on-call role supporting digital service design. This position is ideal for a junior-to-mid level designer who enjoys creating usable, scalable solutions within a consulting environment and collaborating with delivery teams.

What we are looking for

Design and support user-centered experiences within the ServiceNow platform
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and UX researchers
Apply UX best practices within ServiceNow platform constraints
Create and iterate on design artifacts like wireframes and flows
Partner with technical team members for accurate design implementation
Obtain and maintain a Federal public trust clearance

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Requires a Public Trust security clearance.
