What we are looking for

Own and evolve the enterprise-level design system
Design, build, and maintain reusable components in Figma
Manage token and variable architecture in Figma
Write clear and practical documentation for components and patterns
Ensure accessibility is baked into the system
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Visual Design teams
