Senior UX Researcher

Coupang is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join their Taiwan UX leadership team. You will be responsible for planning and executing innovative research programs to analyze customer behavior and derive actionable insights for product innovation. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the future of Coupang's products and customer experience.

• Develop and own qualitative & quantitative research strategy and roadmap
• Employ latest research methodologies to improve research quality
• Drive product decisions through actionable insights
• Collaborate with UX, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Fulfillments teams
• Over 5 years of experience in UX Research or related fields
• Experience in a consumer-orientated business model
