Designer, Brand & Communications + Video

Candescent is seeking a hands-on Designer to join their Brand & Communications team in Bengaluru. This role will create and refine high-quality visual assets for internal and client-facing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate has strong design craft, production discipline, and experience with content-heavy materials, with a preference for those skilled in video production and editing.

• Create visual solutions across digital, print, presentation, event, social, and sales enablement projects
• Design a wide range of assets including presentations, decks, one-pagers, ebooks, infographics, newsletters, social graphics, event materials, and signage
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling communications
• Edit and produce video content such as customer and executive interviews, product explainers, and event recaps
• Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, and simple animated explainers
• Apply Candescent brand standards and identify opportunities to improve design systems
