As the founding Brand Designer, you will establish and own Reflection's visual identity, translating complex AI concepts into compelling visual narratives. This hands-on role requires a versatile design leader to build scalable brand systems and set the creative bar across all company communications.

- Develop and execute creative concepts and visual systems for a growing AI company
- Translate complex technical ideas into clear, distinctive visual communication
- Create high-quality digital assets across web, social, presentations, and more
- Build and evolve scalable brand systems and design standards
- Partner with web engineers and external collaborators on digital experiences
- 5+ years in brand or visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand systems
