Senior Product Designer II

Handshake is seeking a Senior Product Designer II to own the design of the core jobs experience for millions of students. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve job discovery, application processes, and post-application experiences, ensuring they are transparent and user-friendly. This role also contributes to the Home experience, guiding students to relevant opportunities.

• Own end-to-end design for the jobs experience: search, discovery, application, and post-application
• Partner with product, engineering, data science, and content teams
• Contribute to the Home experience for student discovery
• Translate user research and data into design decisions
• Rapidly iterate through wireframes, prototypes, and experiments
• Bring strong craft in visual and interaction design
