Member of Design Staff - Brand

Modal is seeking a staff-level Brand Designer to shape the visual identity of its AI infrastructure platform. You will define and evolve the brand across marketing, campaigns, and editorial projects, ensuring a cohesive and distinctive system. This role involves leading creative execution, owning branded experiences, and mentoring other designers as the team grows.

• Define and evolve visual identity across web, marketing, and campaigns
• Lead concept and execution for brand campaigns (digital and OOH)
• Own branded experiences for events and go-to-market
• Codify the brand as it matures with design language and principles
• Mentor and critique the work of other designers
• 7+ years of brand design experience for technical products
