UX Designer, Research and marketing

As a UX Designer, you will shape the digital experience for Desjardins members and clients. You will act as a subject matter expert, defining user journeys and ensuring seamless interactions across virtual platforms. This role involves leading stakeholders on innovative projects, solving complex problems, and influencing decision-making to deliver exceptional, member-focused solutions.

• Define and enrich user experience on virtual platforms
• Lead stakeholders on development projects and strategic initiatives
• Solve complex problems requiring deep business and organizational knowledge
• Ensure identification of opportunities to improve member and client experience
• Design mock-ups, user personas, and information architecture
• Conduct experiments and testing to understand client behaviors
