Visual Designer

Haleon is seeking a Visual Designer to build the visual system for their live streaming operations, including covers, main images, detail pages, and promotional materials. You will create engaging assets to improve click-through and conversion rates, ensuring brand consistency and adapting to platform trends. This role requires strong execution skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Build live stream visual system: covers, main images, detail pages, posters, event materials
• Create live stream overlays, pop-ups, backgrounds, product cards, and benefit graphics
• Ensure brand visual consistency and align with platform style and user aesthetics
• Efficiently produce various urgent design needs for live streams and events
• Participate in design reviews and optimize material click-through rates based on data
• Maintain design source files and establish a material library to improve team efficiency
